Faerie Magazine - Breaking faerie news!

Breaking faerie news!

How is your week going?

We thought we'd share with you this lovely video preview of our summer issue, which should be on its way to all of you who are subscribers or who ordered this issue on its own! Isn't it pretty? Our 15% off sale is happening until the summer solstice on June 21 so don't forget to subscribe for yourself if you haven't already or for a deserving (or perhaps undeserving but still lovable) friend! Email us at info@faeriemag.com if you have any questions!

We thought we'd also share with you this magical autumn forest bracelet, especially since we have autumn on the brain as we're all hard at work on September's "Practical Magic" issue. Photo editor Steve Parke and editor Carolyn Turgeon even stopped into an witchy East Village magic store yesterday for a quick photo shoot and are headed to upstate New York today for some more magical loveliness involving a Miss Veronica Varlow (who, among many other lovely things, runs a camp for witches).
In other news, here are some first glimpses of Kirsty Mitchell's Wonderland show being installed at the beautiful historic estate of the Paine Art Center and Gardens in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The show opens this weekend, with the private views on Thursday and Friday. Doesn't it look spectacular?

Of course, you can see our interview with Kirsty in our spring 2016 floral issue: http://www.faeriemag.com. And you can order her Wonderland book here: http://www.faeriemag.com.
Also, artist Linda Ravenscroft (whom we've featured in Faerie Magazine in the past) just opened her gorgeous Mystic Garden Gallery in Glastonbury, England! The gallery is "situated in the centre of Glastonbury’s ancient High Street, and is the official place for her art to be displayed and sold. Linda often attends the Gallery, where she is happy to paint and chat with visitors. This is an opportunity to see some of her wonderful original art and giftware which is available no where else in the world." Sigh.

Here are some shots from the opening party with Linda and the Frouds!
And last but not least, here's Stephanie Law at her art opening in Seattle, which we told you about last week!
We feel that is quite enough faerie art news for one love-filled missive!

Until next time, stay enchanted!!
